Numerous mortar samples were prepared to allow the owner to select from several different mortar shades and consistency as well as several different mortar tooling techniques to provide a finished product consistent with other buildings on campus constructed in the same time period. Extensive custom copper downspout and ornamental conductor box replacements were also included.
